Vinyasa Style Classes

Classes open with a short meditation to focus the mind, followed by flow sequence to strengthen and relieve the tension in the body.

Basic postures taught with safe alignment cues, will make up the flow in the class, with advanced variations being offered for our more seasoned yogis.

Our Vinyasa classes are practices that emphasise linking movements with breath to still the mind.

Our aim is to encourage each student to work at their own level yet challenge their own physical, mental limits both on and off the mat.

In this class you will synchronise breath, mind and movement. Focusing on linking conscious breath with mindful flow you will build your strength, energy and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
